Support At Your Location

All Combilift engineers and those of our global partners have been factory trained and certified to a high standard.  They provide a comprehensive call-out service aimed at repairing your truck quickly and efficiently in the unlikely event of a breakdown.

Our call-out engineers are selected for their natural problem-solving flair and commitment to minimising downtime for our customers.

Warranty Department

For peace of mind, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all our products.

Parts Department

Combilift has major parts distribution warehouses strategically located to best serve our customers.

The Irish centre is a highly efficient operation ensuring delivery anywhere in Europe within 24 hours if required. Parts can also be delivered overnight directly to our engineers’ vehicles to ensure prompt repair and minimal downtime.  The same applies to our USA warehouse in Greensboro, North Carolina, which supplies North America with spares from our extensive parts stockholding.

However, thanks to Combilift’s uncomplicated design which uses standard components across the entire range, common replacement parts can be widely sourced from local suppliers. In many cases this means that our customers do not have to wait for parts to be delivered from a central warehouse, enabling a local technician to fix the problem immediately.

Service Training

Combilift offers extensive training to dealers and subsidiaries as well as those customers who would like the benefit of their own, in-house Combilift expert.
