- Processing sales invoices on a daily basis
- Resolving customer queries in relation to invoices
- Posting customer receipts
- Oversee debtor accounts and debt collection
- Reconciling intercompany accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of suite of monthly reports
- Overseeing rental process for US based rentals
- Maintaining stock listing accurately
- Other ad hoc duties as required e.g. assisting with year end audit
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- 2 years Accounts experience necessary
- Experience posting accounting journals
- Independent and can work on own initiative with an ability to take direction when given
- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive for process improvements
