Corporate Account Contract Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and experienced individual to join our UK Corporate Account Contract Support Team. Southern office based, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment to support our expanding business. This role will work as part of the Corporate Accounts Team to support and grow the Corporate Account Fleet Management Function.
- To support the Contract Support Manager in the management of the Corporate Account / Call Centre ensuring the smooth running of the facility to enable the highest levels of customer service to be delivered.
- To receive and handle customer service and breakdown calls to a high professional standard.
- To provide written and verbal customer updates for prolonged repairs and outstanding jobs.
- To ensure there is daily & weekly monitoring of VORs, Servicing & Work In progress to maintain compliance with contract KPI’s.
- To ensure the Contractual compliance KPI’s are being met through effective management of the Thorough Inspection provider and other relevant sub-contractors.
- To ensure the highest level of accuracy with all administration tasks, other information & documents provided to Corporate Account Customers.
- To ensure all fleet management & equipment records are kept up to date via the Fleet management IT system.
- To assist in management of key sub-contractors and the associated data to ensure effective cost management and delivery of service in line with Corporate Customer KPI’s. To implement and provide regular coaching where required for call centre team members.
- To support Combilift Corporate Account management team where required with fleet management data and other administration tasks as appropriate.
- To ensure any customer complaints are documented along with post visit details.
- To ensure all customer feedback is documented
- To visit the Combilift factory/HQ as required.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Management Team such as working outside of normal working hours (please note that this list is not exhaustive)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Highly competitive compensation package in line with experience and skill set. Contributary UK pension scheme.
Person Specification: We are looking for effective Management of communication between the customer, suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure the fleet is kept well maintained and repaired within set KPI’s. The ideal candidate will hold a clean driving license and have a good level of education. They will also have experience of working in a customer facing environment and be used to working unsupervised.
