EXPERIENCED ERP ADMINISTRATOR WANTED TO JOIN OUR GROWING IT TEAM!
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our IT team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This key role will support the development, maintenance, optimisation, and ongoing performance of Combilift’s Infor SyteLine ERP system, ensuring it effectively supports business operations and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will combine strong ERP administration experience with excellent technical and analytical skills. They will possess a solid understanding of C#, SQL, and VB.NET, enabling them to develop custom ERP solutions, reports, integrations, and system enhancements. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, they will work closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and maximise the value of Combilift’s ERP investment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining, supporting, and optimising the Infor SyteLine ERP system, managing upgrades, testing, system configuration, user access, data migration, and data integrity. The role also involves developing reports, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes and data flows, and identifying opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and business efficiency.
- Maintain, support, and optimise the ERP system to ensure reliability and performance.
- Install upgrades, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage production and test/development ERP environments.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, user roles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Support managers in implementing best practices and improving business processes through ERP capabilities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and system usability.
- Develop and customise ERP reports, including Mongoose Reports.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, procedures, and system diagrams.
- Understand and document data flows, dependencies, and critical business processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ERP users and IT.
- Gather user requirements and align them with overall business objectives.
- Deliver training and support to ensure effective system adoption and use.
- Communicate planned changes and upgrades to all stakeholders.
Candidates should have at least two years’ ERP administration experience, strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of core ERP modules. Hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and VB.NET is essential. Experience with Infor SyteLine, Power BI, IDM, Factory Track, or Design Studio is advantageous.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ ERP administration experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with software development and system customisation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Master Data Management.
- Self-motivated, innovative, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and VB.NET, with the ability to develop, customise, troubleshoot, and support ERP-related applications, integrations, reports, and database solutions.
