Aftersales Placement
Placement student will report directly to the Service and Warranty Manager. This is an exciting role that will give insight into the everyday running**(better word?) of a fast-paced, global, and rapidly expanding business.

This placement will allow you to develop your interpersonal skills as well as working as part of a cross functional team. (more skills here?).

We are open to taking on students based on a fixed period that suits the requirements of your placement, fully paid.

Technical Bulletins

  • Management of Technical Bulletin Priority List.
  • Creation of technical Bulletins based on priority List.
  • Uploading Technical Bulletins to the Knowledgebase and, managing approvals.

Vendor Call out Log

  • Update Call out logs for battery and engine supplier call outs.
  • Keep Customers and Vendors aligned on current status via email and Phone as needed

Request for Manuals

  • Sending out correct Manuals as per dealer/customer requests. · Possibility arrange web site access instead for these requests.

UK and Ireland Service Team and Warranty Parts Support

  • Create Job/Kit estimates.
  • Tracking Parts required to be sent out.
  • Gathering parts as required in support of Spare parts.
  • Ensuring all parts are shipped on requested date.
  • Sending tracking no of shipment to required list.
  • Select Flights/Boats for specific job requirements.
  • Tracking of Training attendees and Certificate Creation.

Technical Support

  • Initially taking calls and if not possible to transfer, taking notes for the correct person to call back to resolve the technical or support issue.
  • Through Technical training be able to resolve technical issues and provide advise either via Phone or email or in response to request via the web sites.

New System Support

(Support when required. Support will change as systems develop)

  • Technical Support System Testing including Software, process documentation and handheld testing.

Additional roles as required based on workload sharing within the Aftersales Department. Full training and support will be provided in support of this role.
