Combilift for Safer Handling of Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel Products
SUPERIOR SAFETY
The products typically used in the stainless industry can be long, heavy and potentially awkward and even dangerous to move around. Using equipment specifically designed for handling these loads can bring a multitude of benefits such as enhanced safety, better use of available space and more productive and therefore cost-effective operations.
- Safer product handling
- Optimised production space
- Improved storage capacity
- Increased productivity & output
- Enhanced profits
COMBI C-SERIES
Robust, no nonsense build means the Combi C-series is prized for the ability to keep working through gruelling schedules, both indoor and out, in all weather conditions. High levels of customisation, superior ergonomics and excellent in-cab ensures high driver comfort.
The C-Series models remain firm favourites in the stainless industry. Manoeuvering long packs of products in busy manufacturing plants, through access doors and around obstacles is now straightforward, and the ability to narrow down aisles between racking in storage facilities can increase the availability of valuable warehouse space by as much as 50%.
Available with lift capacities from 2.5t to over 25t, with electric, LPG or electric power options, they are tailor made to individual requirements – in fact, customisation is one of Combilift’s hallmarks which has led to the company’s success in the global market. 60,000 units have now been sold to over 85 countries.
“We also follow a policy of lean management and continuous improvement, so when we looked at the Combi-SC we realised it would not only make a substantial contribution to safety but would also increase productivity and reduce costs. These three factors met the criteria for the CSPAC Award and I am in no doubt that they were instrumental in us winning it."Managing Director Frank Kiernan, Kiernan Structural Steel
COMBI-SC
The robust Combi-SC is the most economical and flexible option compared to heavy handling forklifts, reach stackers or mobile cranes.
Its maneuverability, light footprint and high levels of customistation offer you complete independence transporting modular components.
COMBI-CB
The innovative Combi-CB is the original multi-directional counterbalance stacker. More compact than a conventional forklift, the CB is perfect for transporting goods as palletised loads, but it has the added advantage of being able to transport long loads sideways.
SITE & WAREHOUSE OPTIMISATION
Before you start looking for a contractor, consider Combilift. Some of our customers have gained 100% extra storage capacity simply by making the switch to Combilift’s smart, multi-directional technology.
Find out more about the clever Combilift approach that enables the operator to change the direction of travel by 90 degrees at the flick of a switch. Seeing is believing, so we’ll show you how Combilift can manoeuvre even long loads down narrow aisles, through standard doorways and around obstacles with ease, enabling racking to be placed closer together, reducing the amount of operational space required, and keeping your overheads down.
