This is an excellent opportunity for someone, with Mechanical industry experience to provide market leading, professional and comprehensive Technical Sales Support to all enquires across all sales areas of the business.
You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues. Our Existing Sales Technical Support Team also consists of 7 employees preparing drawings that help the customer understand the space saving and safer handling of products if they purchase a Combilift Forklift.
- Respond to all enquiries (Email / Phone) effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner – ensure compliance with all relevant recommendations, standards & procedures
- Communicate with Sales person or the end customer to understand the customer’s requirements (Email / Phone) regarding warehouse storage
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings of Customer warehouse / Storage area.
- 3D drawings / Animations etc
- Successful candidates should be familiar with 2D AutoCAD, Word,
- Excel and all Microsoft Office packages.
- Interaction/Liaising with Design Engineers.
- Conducting Technical Support for our Customers Globally.
- Designing Specifications around machines and customisation
- Interacting with Design Engineers in regards to warehouse concepts & customer machine concepts
- Deliver all projects on time in full according to project schedule.
- Continuously strive to provide excellent levels of Technical Service and to ensure continuous development/improvement.
