What is a Multidirectional Forklift?
A multidirectional Forklift is a forklift which can travel 4 ways (Forward, Backwards and sideways) by turning its wheel, providing for all wheel drive manoeuvrability.
Multidirectional Forklifts are ideal for transporting long loads such as timber or steel beams and palletised loads for example through narrow aisles, tight factories and small yards.
The hardworking, versatile design of Combilift’s multidirectional range combines the advantages of a counterbalanced forklift, side loader and very narrow aisle (VNA) truck in one vehicle, for a complete solution with electric, diesel or lpg engines with both indoor and outdoor capabilities.

A Pedestrian Forklift/ Pedestrian Stacker is a forklift that is operator from ground level, rather than riding on the machine like typical forklifts. A straddle carrier or straddle truck is a freight-carrying vehicle that carries its load underneath by “straddling” it, rather than carrying it on top like a conventional truck. The advantage of the straddle carrier is its ability to load and unload without the assistance of cranes or forklifts
