To fulfil this, we support our employees through apprenticeships such as OEM, Electrical, Sales and Welding and a diverse range of part-time courses such as English Language Classes, Lean Systems, Health & Safety, CAD, Solidworks, Supervisory, Leadership, Excel Spreadsheets, Project Management and Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering courses to name but a few. We aim to teach and develop key skills essential for employment in the Engineering Manufacturing Sector, which in return enables employees to progress within their roles and apply for promotional opportunities available within Combilift.
