The Combi-CLL Log Loader is transforming log loading with its focus on speed, efficiency, and safety. Designed for the forestry industry, it builds on the successful Combi-CSS Container Loader, used for loading long products like timber and steel. This system reduces the risk of accidents and product damage, enabling a 40-foot container to be fully loaded in under six minutes.
With a 30-tonne capacity and electro-hydraulic power, the CLL meets the needs of softwood and hardwood log exporters. Logs are individually lifted into a robust metal tub, which is then pushed into the container using a patented mechanism. A hydraulic hatch secures the logs before the tub retracts, allowing them to settle safely within the container.
