The Combi-CLL Log Loader is transforming log loading with its focus on speed, efficiency, and safety. Designed for the forestry industry, it builds on the successful Combi-CSS Container Loader, used for loading long products like timber and steel. This system reduces the risk of accidents and product damage, enabling a 40-foot container to be fully loaded in under six minutes.

With a 30-tonne capacity and electro-hydraulic power, the Combi-CLL meets the needs of softwood and hardwood log exporters. Logs are individually lifted into a robust metal tub, which is then pushed into the container using a patented mechanism. A hydraulic hatch secures the logs before the tub retracts, allowing them to settle safely within the container.

The Combi-CLL is based on the successful Combi-CSS Container Loader, which mechanises the loading of long products like timber or steel into containers. This approach reduces accidents and product damage, and is incredibly fast—loading a 40’ container in under 6 minutes.

Efficiency and Product Integrity

The 30t capacity electro-hydraulic Combi-CLL provides the same speed and product integrity benefits. It is designed for exporters of softwood and hardwood logs, which are more challenging to handle than palletised or packed products.

Innovative Handling

Logs are individually lifted and pre-loaded into a sturdy, high-sided metal “tub.” The patented push-pull mechanism then moves the tub into the container. Inside, a hydraulic dropdown hatch closes and locks to secure the logs, and the tub is retracted to let the logs settle.
